The Illusion of Race

              Due to the discovery of artifacts, scientist have determined that most of the people today have originated from Africa. They then spread themselves across the world. Researchers have also hypothesized that at one time, everyone was the same race and the vitamin D intake created the different pigmentations of skin color. People of the darker skin were out in the sun for longer amounts of time, and also ate what they hunted. The things that they ate had high vitamin D levels, and it then added to their traits to become a darker color. People of lighter color didn't have as much vitamin  D intake, and thus were lighter. The shift in agriculture led to the different skin colors.

Thoughts on Philanthropy

Philanthropy: "The love of humanity," is the practice of giving money and time to help make life better for other people. Many types of philanthropy help solve some of America's biggest problems such as curing diseases, missionary work, and development of America. The development of America relies on problem solving ideas, and philanthropy does that. We give money to help these causes for future generations and a better lifestyle in not only America, but other poverty level countries. Andrew Carnegie thinks that wealthy people are obligated to donate money, and put it back  into society.

Thinking About Success

               As I look at the four words: Luck, Opportunity, Skill, and Hard work, I see the definition of success. Being successful has it's quirks, but it's all about the journey. The rankings of these four words include:
      1. Opportunity
      2. Skill
      3. Hardwork
      4. Luck
I have prioritized these by success. Opportunity has to become available to be able due to skill. To further your skill level, and keep it maintained, you have to have have hard work. To be able to do hard-work, you have to have luck. You are defined upon what you can do for yourself. 3/4 words have to me completed on your own to reach and have levels of opportunity.

      Production management is very important to create things efficiently and effectively. Each company has to come up with a plan, and see each outcome. In the company, H&M, they supply each store with small amounts of clothes each week. This is so they can keep up with the trends as each of them happen. You will never see the same type of clothing twice, because they are always changing.
       In medicine, predicting trends are very important, as they can create a solution to today's health problems. For example, 3D printing artificial limbs and organs help with the supply of organs needed along with the demand. The risks of surgery could go down with new "supercomputers" being able to see inside the human body before and while preforming a procedure. As these new technological advantages come around, the price for the surgery's and medicines will also go up. Insurance company's need to predict this in order to keep up with insurance policies, and success of their business.
